I often start my work the same way: making art because I was inspired by an experience or something I observed. I love to create and enjoy the process. Once I began designing patterns, I realized how much I loved building collections. Taking a single illustration or idea and expanding it into a small, cohesive world of coordinating pieces quickly became one of my favorite parts of the process.
